Overview
Vicho runs a Svartrau curiosity shop, and he is no ordinary man: a vrakhir, yet utterly unlike the rest. He is deeply devout, cherishes his human friends while refusing human blood. Even so, Coen senses he despises what he is, or at least wrestles with it. Vicho would not join the fight against Brencis directly, but he did offer aid — and Coen hopes to hear more from him yet.
