Answer from Lunka about Defences
Lunka describes masses of guards and eerie silver-masked men, screams from neighbouring cells, and visits from the big vrakhir — whom she hopes never to see.
She passes on overheard talk of something weird built to guard the fortress — something big, scary and able to fly — and begs Coen, repeatedly, to be careful.
