On Heresies

This text, burning with righteous anger, warns that the faithful seeking God on their own

risk blindness before the Absolute and losing their path. It names the Bogomils, preachers of disobedience

to masters and scorn for wealth, while the Cathars — whose belief in two gods it deems the vilest heresy of all —

and concludes that every such false teaching must be cut from the Church's body without mercy.
