Orders on the Tantari Mill

The author berates his men: the miller they killed was not the soldiers' actual target —

they stormed the wrong mill, and even success would only have earned them a Stoneward Post cell alongside

the manumits. Since the mill is taken, however, they are to tidy the aftermath and remain there:

the nearby village makes it a useful hideout should trouble be wanted there. The order ends with a warning

against any more independent ideas.
