Promising Lead

This note relays a promising tip from one Roman of Parlita, who claims knowledge

of a manumit hideout close to his village. He cannot pinpoint its location, but insists it can be found

by shadowing Fedir, a shepherd who heads the manumit ring in the area. Roman seems credible —

he is Fedir's confidant and aided him before, but has since decided opposing the rulers is hopeless.

The instruction: identify and shadow Fedir, report findings, for Boyar Bakir is keen to impress the knyaz

successes against the manumit movement.
