Brawler Effect

Brawler is an offensive gear effect that rolls on melee weapons in Minecraft Dungeons II. When a swing hits multiple enemies, Brawler raises the damage dealt to the secondary targets — the ones beyond the primary hit.

The bonus starts at 20% at tier I, climbs to 30% at tier II and 40% at tier III, and peaks at 50% on the unique tier. Wide-swinging weapons that routinely catch several mobs per attack, such as hammers and greatswords, turn this into a large amount of bonus crowd damage.

It is built into the unique weapon Slaymore and the armor pieces Rimefrost Longjohns and Humbler Greaves, and it can roll on weapons like the Battle Hammer, Claymore, and Mace. Crowd-clearing melee builds — the kind that wade into the middle of a pack — get far more value here than single-target duelists.

Impact Effect pairs well by boosting raw hit power, while Momentum Effect and Vanguard (Gear Effect) reward the same in-the-fray playstyle. Tier I is the only roll below threat 3; tier III appears from threat 6, and from threat 15 it is as likely as tier II. Rare weapons roll one effect and special weapons two.
