Knockback Effect

Knockback is a utility gear effect in Minecraft Dungeons II that increases how far your attacks knock enemies back. The extra force scales from 15% at tier I through 20% at tier II and 30% at tier III, reaching 40% at the unique tier.

Beyond being fun, knockback is crowd control. Shoved enemies take longer to reach you, which buys breathing room for ranged builds and interrupts attacks from melee mobs. It is especially satisfying near ledges and hazards, and pairs with heavy weapons whose swings already send enemies flying.

Momentum Effect is its closest partner, adding stagger chance on hit to the knockback shove, while Impact Effect boosts the damage of those same attacks and Brawler Effect rewards hitting secondary targets. Together they describe a bruiser playstyle that controls space with every swing.

Knockback follows the standard tier rules: tier I only below threat 3, tier III from threat 6, and tier III as common as tier II from threat 15. Common items never roll effects; rare items carry one and special items two.
