Frostbiter

Frostbiter is a unique longsword suffused with frost, and its identity is simple: its Cryomancer effect makes frost attacks deal 30% more damage. If your build revolves around cold, this weapon multiplies everything that theme touches.

The underlying stats are solid for a medium-weight blade. Three swings land three hits at 26 damage each, totaling a 62-damage full combo with 42 stagger. The reach is the real highlight at 4.8 blocks — unusually long for a sword — letting you apply frost effects from a comfortable distance, backed by 800 knockback to keep pressure off.

Frostbiter is the unique roll of the Longsword: any Longsword drop can come out as this one. Farm it in Singer's Meadow, Rainy Plains, and Humbler Huskland. It has not been ranked on the tier list yet.

This is the centerpiece weapon for Mage-archetype frost builds. Stack cold-based enchantments through enchanting and every one of them benefits from the 30% boost, making it a build-around rather than a stat stick. If you prefer a broader elemental spread with a luck-of-the-draw twist, the Elemental Staff covers fire, ice, poison, and electricity; for a non-unique longsword alternative, the Greatsword offers a different heavy-blade feel.
