Regenerating

Regenerating is a positive status that heals you over time. While it is active, your health is gradually restored, letting you recover between fights or even mid-combat without spending potions.

Regenerating has several documented sources. The Totem of Regeneration grants it directly, and two enchantments can create it: Buddy Brew Enchantment on armor, which spawns a Regenerating well for allies when you drink a potion, and Healing Smite Enchantment (Minecraft Dungeons II) on melee or ranged weapons, which has a chance to spawn a Regenerating well on kill.

Regenerating is one of the most important sustain tools in the game.
