Arambai close-range hit-and-run

Arambai are more reliable in groups: their shots can deal heavy damage, but their limited range and poor accuracy make long-range stationary fire inconsistent. Their speed supports repeated hit-and-run attacks.

Overview

Arambai are more reliable in groups: their shots can deal heavy damage, but their limited range and poor accuracy make long-range stationary fire inconsistent. Their speed supports repeated hit-and-run attacks.

Plan and execution

Approach a useful target as a group, fire from a range where the shots are more likely to connect, then move before enemy cavalry or infantry closes. Repeat the attack from another angle and use the mobility to support a separate Burmese frontline.

Risks and adaptation

Small groups waste shots and remain vulnerable to counters. Avoid long-distance volleys or direct contact with a prepared melee force, and disengage when the opponent has screened the route.
