Tales of La Canela is an objective chain from La Culata to Quito. Meet Gonzalo Pizarro, identify four sergeants, then bribe Carlos to delay the shipment before completing the optional resource tasks.
Plan and execution
Move Francisco toward Quito and meet Pizarro to reveal the four sergeants. Eliminate them, then find Carlos the merchant and use the Petard to bribe him. Once the deal is made, prepare to evade or fight the two Halberdiers sent after Francisco using hit-and-run movement. Return to La Culata for the primary follow-up and take nearby secondary tasks only when they do not delay the required sequence.
Risks and adaptation
Carlos’ guards can overwhelm Francisco if he is trapped in melee. Complete the main Quito objectives before spending time on optional gold or native recruitment.
