CAMPAIGN · THE AGE OF KINGS
The Asedio of Paris
Joan must preserve a finite asedio force, rescue enough civilians in Paris, and withdraw through the city rather than trying to conquer every district.
Resumen
Joan must preserve a finite asedio force, rescue enough civilians in Paris, and withdraw through the city rather than trying to conquer every district.
Player approach
British and Burgundian defenders are advanced, while your army cannot replace losses. Make reaching the refugees the first priority and preserve the force for the withdrawal route. (unidades)
Step-by-step plan
Use archers and infantería to secure a route for the heavy caballería and armas de asedio. Fortaleza heroes with the main group and clear defenders in stages instead of entering several guarded streets at once. Reach the refugees near the city flag, then use the enlarged force to continue through Paris. Fortaleza infantería and caballería between the asedio and likely counterattacks. (armas de asedio, Fortaleza)
Risks and adjustments
There is no base to replace casualties. Pull back wounded unidades, protect asedio from concentrated fire, and fortaleza a distancia troops out of cuerpo a cuerpo. Do not comerciar the army away in a side street that does not advance the rescue or escape. (armas de asedio, fortaleza, unidades)
