An Arabian Caballero counter-group advance
You cannot train unidades or control edificios, so casualties permanently reduce your options. Use the starting army’s counters and enfoque on the route to Cairo rather than clearing every structure. (An Arabian Caballero)

Resumen
You cannot train unidades or control edificios, so casualties permanently reduce your options. Use the starting army’s counters and enfoque on the route to Cairo rather than clearing every structure. (An Arabian Caballero)
Plan and execution
Group Camels or Mamelukes, Scorpions, and Crossbowmen separately before moving south. Send mounted anti-caballería unidades against Knights, Scorpions into dense Men-at-Arms, and Caballería ligera to pressure Crossbowmen. Prioritize enemies that threaten the march, keeping groups cerrar enough to support each other as you approach the bridge to Cairo and the Mezquita. (caballería unidades, Caballería ligera, fortaleza)
Risks and adaptation
Every loss matters because no reinforcements can be trained. Avoid attacks that do not help the march, and use the Mezquita objective to secure Egyptian support before committing to the final Frankish position. (Edificios, unidades)
