Player approach
You cannot train unidades or control edificios, so casualties permanently reduce your options. Use the starting army’s counters and enfoque on the route to Cairo rather than clearing every structure.
Step-by-step plan
Group Camels or Mamelukes, Scorpions, and Crossbowmen separately before moving south. Send mounted anti-caballería unidades against Knights, Scorpions into dense Men-at-Arms, and Caballería ligera to pressure Crossbowmen. Prioritize enemies that threaten the march, keeping groups cerrar enough to support each other as you approach the bridge to Cairo and the Mezquita.
