Plan and execution
Build Barco incendiarios early and guard the shore against the Polish navy. When its ship production is suppressed, use Barca mercantes at the Polish Docks only if the lane is safe and the income is worthwhile. Otherwise, use the opening advantage to destroy the Docks and deny replacement ships. Risks and adaptation
