Overview
Little is known of the ancient peoples who inhabited Vale Sangora before the current folk. Anca claims they were known as the Arimaspians — some of them nomads, others raised cities and temples — yet that is nearly all anyone knows.
Did they resemble the ancient Greeks or Romans whose writings Anca shared? Which gods did they worship? Did they prize peace — unlikely as that seems — or wage endless war? And what riches might their tombs, mausoleums and shrines still conceal?
Then comes the larger question: if they once flourished and are now gone, might the same fate await us?
