Overview
The Blood of Dawnwalker holds seven endings, each locked behind one of three gate types. Recognizing the gate types lets you steer toward an ending without spoiling it.
Two are decided by an ally
The Patricide comes from backing Lacra, a vrakhir who arrived in Vale Sangora carrying her own motive for Brencis's death. The Knyazmaker comes from standing with Crake and the rebellion, recasting the story's question: who dies, and who rules next.
Since these two are locked to companions, certain achievements hinge on your final ally, and one run can't take both.
Four are decided by choice
The Turncoat, The Folk Hero, A Hero They Deserve, and Together Forever spring from decisions instead of companionship. A Hero They Deserve deserves a plain description: walking out of the valley is possible, and the game counts leaving as a genuine ending instead of opting out.
One is decided by the clock
The ending called Time Runs Out results from letting the thirtieth day pass. No failure state triggers, and the game does not send you back to a save: the investiture goes ahead, and the story concludes from that point onward, which makes it a true seventh ending, not a non-ending.
