Search for Manumit Caches
Directed to every guard on duty, this order from Captain Nadalrad reports reliable intelligence
that the manumits are hiding secret weapon caches and gear throughout the city.
Patrols are to watch for places bearing a sigil much like Skender's family mark;
anything found must not be touched, but reported to sergeants, so the sites can be staked out
and rebels caught approaching. It closes: stay vigilant — together they shall wipe out that rebel vermin
out of Svartrau, in Knyaz Brencis's name.
