The Maragir Prayer Book, Appendix 1

Because the Devil loves confusion, the appendix lists what the faithful must give up: charms and amulets (distinct from holy relics), fortune telling such as reading omens in clouds or dead animals' bones, and seeking help from rumored witches.

Also renounced: interpreting dream symbols, praying to spirits, ghosts or other beings rather than saints, and belief in necromancy and raising the dead, excepting Christ's resurrection.

Only the pure, it concludes, shall know Heaven's eternal peace.
