Freezing Quiver - Minecraft Dungeons II Artifact

The Freezing Quiver is a Ranger artifact in Minecraft Dungeons II that fills your enemies with both fear and cold. Trigger it before a volley and your arrows carry a freezing chill — handy for slowing down anything that wants to rush you.
Effect and cost
The quiver costs 20 souls with a 5-second cooldown, so it is easy to fire before every engagement. The frost infusion chills whatever your arrows hit, and chilled enemies are easier to kite and finish off. It is the control option of the elemental quiver family: less about raw damage, more about dictating the pace of the fight.
When to use it
Run the Freezing Quiver on archer builds that want crowd control at range. It combines with other frost tools: the Frost Crescent enchantment for freezing waves, the Blizzard Bangle for frost on your melee side, or the Pouch of Frost for frost on demand. It is especially useful against fast enemies, where a chill before they reach you buys the time your bow needs.
How to get it
The Freezing Quiver drops in Frozen Highlands and Lullaby Hills. It belongs to the elemental quiver family with the fire-based Flaming Quiver, the lightning-based Conductive Quiver and the poison-based Venomous Quiver — same 20-soul cost and 5-second cooldown, so match the element to your enchantments.
