About This Wiki

What this wiki is
This is an independent, fan-made wiki covering Minecraft Dungeons II — the dungeon crawler developed by Mojang Studios with Double Eleven and published by Xbox Game Studios, launched September 29, 2026. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or Double Eleven. Everything here is original editorial text written by fans, for players.
The wiki collects information from official sources — Minecraft Live presentations, minecraft.net materials, the Steam store API, console store listings — along with hands-on previews and community sources, then rewrites and organizes it into plain-English pages. The goal is practical: a player should be able to look up what something is, how it works, when it matters, and how it connects to the rest of the game.
Coverage scope
The wiki covers Minecraft Dungeons II only. Nothing from other games is mixed in, and where the original 2020 game comes up — for example in the Minecraft Dungeons Series Background: From 2020 to Dungeons II or Gameplay Overview pages — it appears strictly for comparison, so players can see what changed. The site tracks both confirmed facts and open questions; when something is not yet known, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
Tracking pages that can change after publication — Minecraft Dungeons II Release Date, Minecraft Dungeons II Platforms, Minecraft Dungeons II Price, Minecraft Dungeons II Editions, the DLC plan, and post-launch news — are re-checked regularly. Post-launch backfill points, such as DLC 1 (planned winter 2026) and DLC 2 (planned spring 2027), are handled when that content ships. Every page carries a fact-check date and a status badge so you can see how fresh the information is.
The three editorial labels
Every page carries one of three fact labels, used literally:
- Official sources — published by Mojang or Xbox on their own channels, or stated by the development team. Safe to rely on.
- Partially confirmed — confirmed in part, or credible third-party reporting that has not appeared on a first-party page. The gap is flagged on the page itself.
- Pending confirmation — Mojang has not announced it. Stated plainly as unconfirmed, not dressed up.
Pages with genuinely uncertain claims also carry a "Read this first" caveat box right below the summary, so the shaky parts are visible before you read further. If you are ever unsure what to trust, check the label.
What this wiki refuses to do
Honesty here means saying no to the fun-but-fabricated:
- No invented numbers — no boss stats, drop rates, enchantment lists, or build tier rankings that official sources have not published.
- No rumor laundering — store listings and community speculation are never passed off as official statements.
- No phantom content — no invented DLC names, no mobile or Mac version, no claimed endgame structure. Each of those has a page with the honest answer (they do not exist) instead.
Corrections are applied with a new fact-check date, so a fixed page shows it was fixed.
Privacy and terms, briefly
This is a static website: no accounts, no comment systems, no newsletters, no forms — and no personal information is collected. Traffic is measured in aggregate through Baidu Analytics and Google Analytics (Google may set _ga cookies); neither identifies individuals to the site. Third-party embeds such as videos and store pages have their own policies, and video embeds load from the no-cookie video host only after you click.
