Alchemist Loafers

The Alchemist Loafers are the feet piece of the Alchemist set, a four-piece unique Sorcerer set aimed at the Mage archetype. These worn loafers — thick-soled and practically stuffed with souls — drop as the unique roll of the regular Sorcerer Boots, meaning any Sorcerer Boots drop can come out as this unique variant. Like the rest of the set, they carry a Light weight rating and share the same base health as all armor; the unique effect is what makes them special.

That effect is straightforward: Soul capacity increases by 50%. The bigger pool matters most in soul-centric builds, where stockpiling souls powers soul-gathering weapons and fuels soul-spending artifacts. For mages who treat their soul meter as a second resource bar, half again as much headroom is a genuine build-defining bonus.

To find them, run the Frozen Highlands and Ravines, the two regions where the Alchemist set drops. Since the loafers are a random unique roll rather than a guaranteed chest reward, repeated clears of those regions are the reliable path.

Set synergy completes the picture. Pair them with the Alchemist Top Hat, which widens the area of positive status effects by 55%, the Alchemist Overcoat, which boosts artifact attack damage by 25%, and the Alchemist Trousers, which convert artifact use into healing. Together the four pieces form a coherent Mage kit orbiting artifacts, souls, and support. The loafers are not ranked on the tier list yet, so treat them as an untested pickup with clear upside in any soul build.
