Alchemist Trousers

The Alchemist Trousers are the legs piece of the Alchemist set, a four-piece unique Sorcerer set for the Mage archetype. These old trousers turn artifact use into self-healing, and they arrive as the unique roll of the standard Sorcerer Leggings — any Sorcerer Leggings drop can come out as this unique variant. Like its setmates, the piece has a Light weight rating and the standard base health shared across all armor, leaving the unique effect as the draw.

That effect is pure sustain: activating an artifact restores 6% of your max health. In builds that cycle artifacts frequently, this becomes a steady drip of healing that keeps a fragile Mage alive through fights where dodging alone would not be enough. The more often you press your artifacts, the more the trousers pay for themselves.

To get them, farm the Frozen Highlands and Ravines, the two regions tied to the Alchemist set. Each Sorcerer Leggings drop in those areas is a fresh roll at the unique variant.

Set synergy is strong here. The Alchemist Overcoat boosts artifact attack damage by 25%, giving you more reason to activate artifacts constantly; the Alchemist Top Hat widens positive status effect areas by 55% for support play; and the Alchemist Loafers raise Soul capacity by 50% for soul builds. Together they form a Mage kit where artifacts are the engine and these trousers are the safety net. The trousers are not ranked on the tier list yet, so consider them an untested sustain option for artifact-heavy loadouts.
