CAMPAIGN · DAWN OF THE DUKES
The Iron Lords
Žižka leads a poorly equipped Hussite force across hostile territory to reinforce Tabor. Preserve enough soldiers and war wagons to reach the fortress, then establish an economy and take two enemy strongholds to secure the region.

Overview
Žižka leads a poorly equipped Hussite force across hostile territory to reinforce Tabor. Preserve enough soldiers and war wagons to reach the fortress, then establish an economy and take two enemy strongholds to secure the region.
Player approach
The Iron Lords limits the player to Castle Age and removes access to gunpowder and Trebuchets. Use Hussite Wagons to shield the ranged line while drawing defenders away from the fortified route to the purple town.
Step-by-step plan
Move the Wagons ahead of Archers and Spearmen so they absorb attention and protect units behind them. Lure Knights and Long Swordsmen from the first river crossing in small groups, then continue south when the fortified bridge is too costly. Choose whether the army can break the next guard force or should seek an alternate approach, and keep the ranged units behind the Wagons as the push reaches purple town.
Risks and adjustments
The Wagons are slow to maneuver and do not deal enough damage to carry the fight alone. The Castle Age cap removes common siege options, so preserve the screen and avoid attacking a fortified bridge with a depleted force.
