Overview
Seeds of Vengeance links naval choices to later missions and begins with a constant pursuit. Choose the tribal reward for the campaign’s naval plan, then move the Villagers north and escape with as few losses as possible.
Plan and execution
Choose the Potiguara when discounted Fishing Ships and extra starting boats best fit your plan, or the Tupiniquim when Canoes and additional starting craft are more useful. Send Villagers north immediately and fight only when a pursuer threatens a worker. Use the provided transports to leave the island and establish the base at the safest of the proposed sites. Rescue stranded naval officers when the army can protect them, since each rescued officer improves Dock production in later missions.
Risks and adaptation
Cunhambebe continues sending reinforcements, so a prolonged fight on the starting island loses the escape window. Avoid choosing a shoreline base without the fleet or terrain to defend it, and preserve enough ships for the next stage.
