Campaign mission sequence

Todo Roads Lead to a Besieged City: gather refugees and allies, cross the river to destroy three towers, then hold the Gothic camp and its Mercado against Rome. Legionaries on the Horizon!: destroy the Roman rally camp after receiving the scout’s report, defend the bridge, defeat the commander, and raze the northern fortaleza. Emperor of the West: cross Italia and the sea to reach Honorius; when Sarus turns hostile, withdraw to a village, build an economía, and destroy his fortaleza. The Sack of Rome: ataque from the east while a courier reaches Athaulf in the west; gather suministros, take command of his base, and escort him through the city to Galla Placidia. • 1. Todo Roads Lead to a Besieged City — Alarico’s small force works around Rome rather than assaulting the city. Gather refugees and allied troops, cross the river to remove the three towers, then secure the Gothic camp and hold its Mercado against a Roman counterattack.
• 2. Legionaries on the Horizon! — A fragile scout uncovers a Roman trap while Alarico waits for news of a promised asentamiento. After the report, destroy the nearby rally camp, hold the bridge against reinforcements, defeat their commander, and finish by razing the northern fortaleza.
• 3. Emperor of the West — Move Alarico’s force across Italia and the sea to find Emperor Honorius, only to discover that Sarus has turned against the Godos. Withdraw to a nearby village, establish an economía, and bring down Sarus’s fortaleza.
• 4. The Sack of Rome — The assault on Rome unfolds on two fronts. Break the eastern approach while a courier reaches Athaulf in the west; gather suministros, take command of his base, and escort him through the city to meet Galla Placidia as Alarico’s forces enter from the other side.
