CAMPAIGN · VENCEDORES Y VENCIDOS
Drake
Francis Drake’s small expedition must finance itself by raiding Españoles settlements and capturing treasure ships. Defeat defended garrisons carefully, collect the oro they yield, and protect two special vessels throughout the voyage. The limited force makes it important to choose profitable targets, preserve the fleet, and return to safety before losses prevent the siguiente raid. (Españoles, oro)

Player approach
The expedition’s economía comes from successful raiding rather than a large permanent base. Treasure and captured wealth fund later operations, but the two special vessels must survive. Use ships to scout and control the coast, then tierra only enough troops to defeat the target without exposing the rest of the expedition. (oro, unidades)
Step-by-step plan
Explore the coast and locate treasure ships or settlements with a favorable approach. Engage the ships with a concentrated fleet and fortaleza the special vessels behind the line. For tierra targets, scout the defenses, tierra a balanced raiding group, and collect the resulting oro before withdrawing. Use the accumulated wealth to prepare the siguiente operation and fortaleza a safe puerto available for repairs and regrouping. (fortaleza, oro, unidades, fortaleza, ataque)
Risks and adjustments
A failed landing can strand troops while the fleet is under ataque, and losing either special vessel threatens the entire voyage. Do not chase treasure ships into fortified waters without scouting. If a asentamiento is too heavily defended, withdraw and target a weaker source of wealth rather than exhausting the force on one raid.
Focused strategy página
Fortaleza the voyage profitable and controlled: scout a target, neutralize its defenders with a limited force, secure the oro, and return to the fleet. Protect the two special vessels at todo times. Rather than fighting every Españoles position, prioritize raids that provide enough wealth to finance the siguiente safe operation. (Drake captured-ship resource plan)
