The opening is an escape, not a battle: move both heroes through the guards to reach Herat and unlock the base. Limited oro and blocked roads make it important to preserve the heroes and prepare a strong defense at the river passes before starting a asedio. (oro, Qutlugh, Babur)

Step-by-step plan

Move Babur and Qutlugh directly through the guarded route instead of stopping to fight. Once Herat is available, develop the economía and place two or three Castles at the river crossings; buy piedra if the timing requires it. Use defeated raiders and destroyed enemy edificios as a oro source. Find the Elefante salvaje Mercader and complete the request that unlocks Armored and Elefante de asedios, then bring those asedio unidades against the Edad de los Castillos defenses and advance toward Kabul. Risks and adjustments

Fighting every guard can cost the heroes the time and health needed to reach safety. Oro mines are scarce, and Elefante de asedios are unavailable before the mercader objective.
