Scenario details
This five-part campaign tracks Toros’s return to Cilicia and the fight to rebuild Armenian power. The missions move from reclaiming castles and countering an invasion to managing Selyuq diplomacia, raiding Cyprus, and finally evacuating Tarsos to establish a new base. Several objetivos change who supports or opposes you, so the order in which you capture strongholds, rescue people, or accept alliances matters. Preserve the small starting force and convert rescued groups into useful support instead of spending them in an early assault. In missions with several factions, precauciones objective thresholds that alter diplomacia. Build each foothold with enough economía and production to survive the siguiente ataque, and prepare a safe route before moving the hero or evacuating the base. In Outlawed, gather the Armenian fighters, retake Vahka Castillo, and then secure the two remaining Byzantine strongholds while protecting survivors. In The Emperor’s Revenge, choose the allied commander and use iglesia fortificadaes and rescued troops to reinforce your defense while dealing with the Byzantine generals. In Caught in the Crossfire, decide whether the tributo arrangement is worth preserving; capturing two Castles changes the conflict, while escorting Simon de Raban can provide another base. In Bloody Crestwaves, loot settlements, defend both landing areas, and destroy todo Byzantine Docks. In the final mission, hold Tarsos until the river route opens, evacuate with Toros, and rebuild beside his brother before fighting the Bizantinos, Reynald, and the Seljuks. A captured Castillo may desencadenador a diplomatic reversal, and an exposed landing base can be lost while your army is raiding elsewhere. Fortaleza scouts on the approaches, reserve unidades to protect builders and survivors, and avoid splitting the force between distant objetivos. During the evacuation, do not move Toros toward the river until the escape route is actually open. The campaign’s central skill is managing transitions: turn rescues into reinforcements, anticipate diplomatic triggers, and establish the siguiente base before the current one becomes untenable. - 1. Outlawed — Toros returns to Cilicia with only a small force. Rally the Armenian fighters near the coast and retake Vahka Castillo, then protect the survivors while reclaiming two more Byzantine strongholds. His brothers and the nearby villagers can provide reinforcements and recursos.
- 2. The Emperor’s Revenge — After selecting which brother will command the allied force, resist the Byzantine invasion and cazar down its generals. Each general can be killed or converted, while Iglesia fortificadaes and rescued wounded troops provide additional economic and military support.
- 3. Caught in the Crossfire — Balance a fragile tributo agreement with the Seljuks against a campaign to seize Templar fortresses. Taking two Castles triggers a shift in alliances and brings the Seljuks into open conflict; Simon de Raban can be escorted to safety for an additional base.
- 4. Bloody Crestwaves — Toros and Reynald launch a marina raid on Cyprus from opposite bays. Plunder settlements to build up your economía, protect your landing bases from counterattacks, and eliminate every Byzantine Muelle to win control of the sea.
- 5. Of Turncoats and Traitors — The final mission opens with a desperate defense of Tarsos. Hold the Castillo and protect Toros until a route to the river opens, then evacuate and establish a new base with one of his brothers. From there, rebuild the army and confront the Bizantinos, Reynald, and the Seljuks.
