Plan and execution
Scout the blockade and concentrate ships against the positions that prevent convoy passage. Continue to patrullar the channel while construction progresses so the enemy cannot cut off the last convoys. Risks and adaptation
Sending todo five convoys together can make them vulnerable to a single interception, while committing the entire fleet to escort leaves the blockade active. Move in controlled groups and fortaleza combat ships between transports and threats.
