The Battle of Guandu supply-camp phase plan
The first phase rewards mobility and target selection; the second rewards preparation and defensive discipline. Do not let Cao Cao’s raiders become trapped in a supply camp, and return with enough time to organize Guandu. Once the full assault begins, protecting the base and completing the commander objetivos matter more than chasing every attacking unit. (The Battle of Guandu, Yuan Shao, ataque)

Resumen
The first phase rewards mobility and target selection; the second rewards preparation and defensive discipline. Do not let Cao Cao’s raiders become trapped in a supply camp, and return with enough time to organize Guandu. Once the full assault begins, protecting the base and completing the commander objetivos matter more than chasing every attacking unit. (The Battle of Guandu, Yuan Shao, ataque)
Plan and execution
During the timed opening, scout the supply camps and strike the most accessible targets with Cao Cao’s mobile force. Avoid unnecessary engagements and withdraw before the assault window closes. Back at Guandu, stabilize comida and military production, fortify likely approaches, and fortaleza a reserve behind the main line. As Yuan Shao attacks, identify and defeat the five commanders when the route is safe, returning to the defenses between operations. (ataque, fortaleza)
Risks and adaptation
Spending too long on the opening raid can leave the base unprepared when the main army arrives. A reserve is essential because repeated attacks can exploit a breach while the field force is away hunting commanders. If a commander is protected by a large force, stabilize the defense first and return with a stronger group rather than sacrificing unidades piecemeal. (ataque)
