Roamrot

Roamrot

The Roamrot is a hostile enemy with a meager 6 health and a single ranged attack worth 6 physical damage. It shares the Roamroot's 20 poise and 400 movement speed, and drops 4 souls on death — statistically almost identical to the Roamroot, only even frailer. Like its cousin, it has no melee attack, so a hero that closes the distance can kill it with impunity.

It also shares the same glaring weakness: Roamrots take +50% extra poison damage. Any poison enchanted weapon or poison artifact melts them on contact, and area-of-effect attacks clear groups of them in one swing. There is no point targeting them precisely — sweep fire across the field and they drop.

No location or region is listed for the Roamrot, so expect it wherever its relatives roam. In practice it behaves as fodder alongside Roamroots and other low-health shooters like Dartbacks: dangerous only when ignored, trivial once you aim at them. Because it dies in one hit to almost anything, do not waste artifacts or long-cooldown powers on it — save those for the real threats standing behind it.
