The Sift World Map

The Sift World Map is the dedicated map for The Sift, the second world map of Minecraft Dungeons II. Where the Overworld's regions — from Brave Haven at level 1 to Frozen Highlands at level 26 — share one familiar landscape, the Sift gets its own map rendered from the game's own map data, tracking everything a completionist needs: regions, stations, dungeons, chests, quest givers and talisman chests.

The three regions

The Sift's world map covers three open regions in ascending level order:

Beyond the open regions, the map also covers the Ravines dungeon set — procedural dungeons ending with the Monarch boss — and the Sift Rifts, whose spawns blend the meadow and huskland mob sets.

What's tracked on the map

The Sift map page tracks five kinds of markers, and the counts tell you what kind of endgame this is:

That is 102 tracked points of interest before you count a single mob — the Sift is built for players who like a map full of icons.

Sharing map positions

One practical detail makes the map more than a picture: selecting any marker puts a direct link in the address bar. That means every station, dungeon entrance, chest, quest giver and talisman chest has a shareable URL — you can send a friend the exact chest location rather than describing it. For a map with 59 chests, that feature earns its keep fast.

Using the map well

A sensible Sift routine: unlock the 9 minecart stations first so the whole map is in reach, then sweep regions for their chests while clearing the 10 quest givers' tasks, and run the dungeon entrances — especially the Ravines — whenever you want boss loot. The 2 talisman chests deserve an early detour, since talismans only gain XP while equipped and the sooner you have them, the sooner they start levelling. And remember the loot rules that govern everything: commons roll no gear effects, rares roll one, specials roll two, with tiers scaling by threat level — at Sift baselines, even ordinary drops hit hard.
