Mode rules and player priorities
A free-for-all survival mode that begins in the Post-Imperial Age with two heroes. Capture resource camps and military buildings to build your forces while Guardians and opponents contest them. The Corruption spreads across the map and destroys anything it reaches; the last surviving player or team wins. Before planning the opening, identify the mode’s special win condition, starting rules, and restrictions; these determine whether economic growth, map control, survival, or direct combat should take priority. The standard random-map plan may not fit a mode that changes starting units, technology, or the way victory is awarded.
