Overview

Flemish Revolution converts a settled economy into a sudden military surge, so it works best as a deliberate finishing move or emergency defense with a clear follow-up. Prepare the battle and the recovery resources before activating it.

Plan and execution

Accumulate a food reserve and identify the decisive target or breach before researching. Use the new force together rather than feeding it in separate waves, and coordinate it with siege or surviving cavalry to end the game or stabilize the threatened base. Keep Trade Carts, Trade Cogs, and Fishing Ships active where possible, then reassign workers and rebuild the economy immediately after the fight if the opponent survives.

Risks and adaptation

The technology can leave land-based resource gathering without its usual workforce, so a failed push may be impossible to sustain. Do not activate it without a clear target, a food stockpile, and a plan for recovering production. Preserve naval and trade income where the map allows.
