Plan and execution
Keep a group near the ranged line or siege and move to intercept mounted units when they commit. Use their mobility to chase a retreating cavalry group or reinforce a threatened flank, while another unit handles infantry and buildings.
Risks and adaptation
They do not function as a universal heavy-cavalry replacement. Avoid sending them into a broad melee against infantry or under concentrated fire, where their weaker general attack and armor matter.
