Overview

Naval Battle is a fleet-control challenge with three enemy blockades. For a medal, preserve enough ships by isolating one small enemy group at a time and using Fire Ships to absorb pressure.

Plan and execution

Pull the first blockade’s two War Galley groups apart and focus one before engaging the other. Place Fire Ships in front to take the opening damage while War Galleys fire from range. Repeat against the mixed second blockade and the final group, withdrawing heavily damaged ships to a safe distance. Use Demolition Ships only when they can reach a valuable target, since they count as lost if destroyed before impact.

Risks and adaptation

Do not let the whole fleet chase scattered ships into the next blockade. Losing a damaged vessel that could have retreated can reduce the medal result, so keep checking ship health.
