Overview

The Horns of Hattin (co-op) allows an early attack on the English before Crossbowmen arrive. After that, use the predictable attacks on your Palisades to create a safe corridor for the Relic objective.

Plan and execution

Use the starting Skirmishers to attack the English Archers before their Castle Age transition. Coordinate the two players to cover different wall approaches and add food from Lake Tiberias if safe. After the English are contained, wall toward the Relic along the northwestern border, use Mangonels to breach the enemy Palisade, and send a Monk to carry the Relic to the Horns of Hattin.

Risks and adaptation

Do not allow the English to mass Crossbowmen before the first strike. Keep units away from enemy Monks during the Relic route and repair the walls where the Franks repeat their attacks.
