The Pasunda Bubat Tragedy trigger-and-siege plan
The Pasunda Bubat Tragedy requires Gajah Mada to gather support from villages and camps while a Wonder timer can begin after a key trigger. Expand deliberately and rely on the limited transports and non-siege options.

Overview
The Pasunda Bubat Tragedy requires Gajah Mada to gather support from villages and camps while a Wonder timer can begin after a key trigger. Expand deliberately and rely on the limited transports and non-siege options.
Plan and execution
Secure a village to unlock Villagers and strengthen the economy, then claim military camps when you can defend the new attack routes their capture activates. Use the resulting production to build a force for the princes in Trowulan, and keep enough transport capacity for the limited fleet of ships. Since conventional siege is unavailable, plan to use Battle Elephants or Two-Handed Swordsmen against buildings, with Petards or defensive Bombard Towers where the scenario permits. If approaching the Wonder trigger, shift from broad exploration to the shortest route that can finish the objective.
Risks and adaptation
Capturing a camp starts regular raids from nearby bandits, and one camp can spawn ships until destroyed. The transport count is limited and ships do not replenish, so do not expose them to avoidable naval fights. Delay optional captures if the Wonder countdown would leave insufficient time.
