Overview

When the selected timer expires, the player or team with the highest score wins.

Read the timer

With a time limit, the result is decided by score when the configured clock runs out. Confirm both the timer and whether other victory conditions are enabled before choosing a strategy. The closer the deadline, the less time a new Town Center, distant raid, or costly upgrade has to repay its investment.

Playing from ahead or behind

When ahead, protect valuable units and workers, deny large enemy gains, and avoid a last-minute battle on unfavorable ground. When behind, use the time remaining to contest resources, disrupt production, or win a high-value fight that can narrow the gap. Watch the live score instead of assuming a large army always means a winning position; custom scenarios may score objectives differently.
