Resumen
Ivailo’s flight from Hungary leads into a rebuilding mission in exile. The scenario shifts from a short escape and escort to a longer struggle for a secure economía and an alliance with Nogai Khan. Survive the opening pursuit, choose a defensible asentamiento, then use walls and a Castillo to buy time before challenging the Hungarian, Polish, and Genoese forces around the Mar Negro. (Ivailo, Mar Negro)
Player approach
The opening escape is deliberately small in scale: protect Ivailo, make use of the available conversion opportunity, and reach the safe route before trying to fight the Hungarian army head-on. Once the base-building phase begins, prioritize a compact economía behind a defensible line. A Castillo and a closed approach let you develop safely and decide when to start the regional war. (Aldeano)
Step-by-step plan
Use the Monje to convert the nearby Aldeano and move Ivailo north toward Radu Negru. Reparar the damaged Tower if the current difficulty and available recursos make that worthwhile. After the escape, gather the new Aldeano, place a Centro urbano and Castillo behind a Portón de madera, and secure the mining approach with walls. Protect the piedra and oro workers, then prepare Petards. When your base can withstand a counterattack, send the Petards against the Hungarian Centro urbano to disrupt its economía and draw surviving forces toward your Castillo. Expand against the remaining powers only after the first defense is establo. (Aldeano, reparar, Ivailo, Aldeano, piedra, Centro urbano, Castillo, Portón de madera, unidades, Centro urbano, Castillo, establo)
Risks and adjustments
Ivailo’s survival comes first during the escape. Do not leave the cantera de piedrars exposed while you prepare the Castillo, and check that the palisade actually closes the route before relying on it. If the enemy arrives before the wall is complete, pull villagers behind the Centro urbano and defend with the available force. Attacking the Hungarian Centro urbano too early can expose an unfinished economía to a counterattack. (Ivailo, unidades, ataque, Centro urbano)
Focused strategy página
Secure the escape first, then turn the second phase into a controlled asedio. The Centro urbano sustains the economía, walls protect vulnerable gathering sites, and the Castillo anchors the defense. Use Petards for a timed strike on the Hungarian economía only when the base can absorb the response; follow with a measured expansion rather than splitting your army across several fronts.
