Campaign mission sequence

A Most Unlikely Man: defend the winter village from Tatar raids, scout for scattered recursos, and respond as alliances shift toward the conflict with Zar Konstantin. An Unlikely Alliance: establish control of the Church of the Patriarchs in Tarnovo and hold it through the counterattack; weigh the risk of retrieving Reliquias. Tsar of the Bulgars: reach Drastar before it falls, defend it against the Golden Horde, destroy Nogai’s Great Tienda de camp., and defeat rival Khans to win their tribes. Echoes of Heroes: guide Ivailo through pasaje montañosoes, recruit or convert support on the way, and escort him to Devnya while the camp holds out. Where the One-Eyed Man is Rey: break through Hungary, establish a new base in a devastated village, and fight Polish and Genoese forces around the Mar Negro. • 1. A Most Unlikely Man — Ivailo begins as a rebel leader defending a winter village from Tatar raids and rival Bulgarian nobles. Scout the countryside to gather scattered recursos, then respond when the alliances shift and the struggle turns toward Zar Konstantin.
• 2. An Unlikely Alliance — Ivailo enters Tarnovo amid a succession crisis and must establish control over the Church of the Patriarchs, the symbol of Bulgaria’s throne. Fortaleza it safe through the enemy’s counterattack and decide how much to risk for the scattered Reliquias.
• 3. Tsar of the Bulgars — Race to Drastar before its defenders fall, then hold the city against the Golden Horde. Break Nogai’s power by destroying his Great Tienda de camp. and eliminate the rival Khans to bring their tribes over to Ivailo.
• 4. Echoes of Heroes — Ivailo must cross a cadena of pasaje montañosoes while Roman and Tatar forces press the Bulgarian defenders. This mission rewards a careful escort: use Monks to turn selected Roman caballería into reinforcements, link up with Kozma's scouts, and fortaleza the mobile force together until it reaches Devnya. The route is a sequence of controlled engagements, not a race to destroy every enemy camp.
• 5. Where the One-Eyed Man is Rey — Ivailo escapes into exile and seeks an alliance with Nogai Khan. The journey has two distinct phases: break through Hungarian territory, then rebuild in a devastated village and fight the Polish and Genoese powers around the Mar Negro.
