Recursos are scarce and the enemy outnumbers you. Cazar down the Tatar and Cuman Khans to switch their tribes to your side before committing to the final fortaleza; preserve one unit if pursuing the optional no-loss travel reward. (recursos, Tártaros, Cumanos, fortaleza)

Step-by-step plan

Send one Caballería ligera alone to the western Barco transporte and reach Drastar without losses if you want the optional reward. Use the remaining force to defeat the dispersed Tatar and Cuman Khans; their allegiance changes give the Bulgarian base space to grow. Once secure, advance to Edad Imperial, research caballería ataque and armor, and add unidades before moving on Nogai’s Great Tienda de camp.. Risks and adjustments

A direct rush on Nogai’s Tienda de camp. is costly against prepared defenses, while static turtling cannot outlast the limited recursos.
