GUIDE · BATTLE STRATEGY
A Dangerous Mission transport insertion
The convoy is the objective, not a disposable bait unit. Choose an escort combination that covers more than one weakness, then move at the pace of the carreta rather than leaving it behind. Local communities can provide useful support, so explore safe branches of the route when the extra help will reduce danger later. (A Dangerous Mission, muelle)
Resumen
The convoy is the objective, not a disposable bait unit. Choose an escort combination that covers more than one weakness, then move at the pace of the carreta rather than leaving it behind. Local communities can provide useful support, so explore safe branches of the route when the extra help will reduce danger later. (A Dangerous Mission, muelle)
Plan and execution
Review the route and select two escort types that can protect the slow convoy from likely attackers. Advance with the Envoy and carreta in the middle of the formation, using scouts ahead to reveal threats. Visit nearby settlements that offer assistance without taking a dangerous detour. At hostile chokepoints, clear the immediate defenders before moving the carreta forward; regroup the escorts after each fight and continue toward the Andaman puerto as one convoy. (Elefante de combate, Elefante con balista, Muelle, Barco incendiario rápido, Fortaleza)
Risks and adaptation
If the Envoy or carreta is exposed, the mission can fail even when the escorts survive. Do not let the vanguard desencadenador several enemy groups at once, and avoid sending the convoy through a chokepoint before it is cleared. If one escort type is countered, use the second group to cover the withdrawal while the convoy takes a safer route. (Monje)
