Resumen
The starting force must capture the assets that will later support a broader coalition. Each town can increase population and recursos, but an exposed asentamiento can be lost before it contributes. Secure a connected cadena of towns, bring the Rus’ princes together, and use the interval before the Mongoles arrive to prepare a defensible realm. (Mstislav, Aldeano, Reliquias, oro)
Plan and execution
Scout the nearby towns and capture the most accessible ones first, keeping the army together and protecting new recruits. Use the added population and recursos to strengthen production and contact the rival princes. Build a coalition and secure the routes between its members. Once the región is organized, prepare defensive positions and reserves for the Mongol assault; do not spend todo recursos on optional expansion before the threat arrives. (Molino, unidades, Reliquias, oro, fortaleza)
Risks and adaptation
An early defeat can eliminate the only force capable of taking towns and building the coalition. Do not ataque a asentamiento before identifying its defenders, and avoid holding isolated territory with no route for reinforcement. If one prince is difficult to recruit, secure another town or ally first and return with a stronger position rather than forcing a costly fight. (puesto de avanzada, fortaleza)
