Irreechaa
Irreechaa is an Industrial Age Ethiopian Mountain Monastery technology that makes newly built Fields grant 10 Influence. It requires Oromo Alliance, costs 75 Influence and takes 20 seconds to research. The effect is tied to building Fields after the technology is active; it does not immediately grant 10 Influence for Fields that were already built. This links economic expansion to the Ethiopian Influence resource used by alliance and other civilization options.

Effect & research conditions
Complete Oromo Alliance and research Irreechaa at the Mountain Monastery before constructing the Fields intended to benefit. Plan the new Fields as part of the economy and account for their Influence grant when deciding where and when to build them. The 20-second research and 75 Influence cost come first, and the technology does not replace the Food or Coin that the fields gather.
Research condition
Ethiopians; Industrial Age; researched at the Mountain Monastery; requires Oromo Alliance; costs 75 Influence; 20-second research time; Fields grant 10 Influence when built.
When to research
Use it when additional Fields are already part of the Industrial Age economy and the resulting Influence will support a concrete option. If no more Fields are planned, the effect cannot be collected from existing construction and the research may not repay its cost. Coordinate it with the Oromo Alliance prerequisite and expansion schedule.
Build Fields after the research completes
Irreechaa rewards construction, not ownership: the 10 Influence is granted when a Field is built after the technology is active. Existing Fields do not pay retroactively. Sequence the research first and the planned construction afterward if the goal is to collect the reward.
Turn economic expansion into alliance resources
The Influence reward is separate from the resources gathered by the Field. Use it to support a specific Ethiopian alliance or other Influence-dependent choice, and compare the return with the 75 Influence spent on research. A Field that was not otherwise needed solely to trigger the grant may not be a sound investment.
Meet the alliance and age requirements
Irreechaa requires the Oromo Alliance and is researched at a Mountain Monastery in the Industrial Age. It takes 20 seconds. Secure the research site and decide how many new Fields the economy can afford before committing the Influence.
