Delivers 1 crates containing 50 wood for each war ship lost or sunk and every shipment received so far

Effect & research conditions

The technology costs 150 Wood and 150 Coin and takes 40 seconds. It is researched at the Customs House. Its crate reward is tied to prior losses and shipments under the listed rules, so its value depends on what has already happened in the match. Check the reward display before research and leave room to collect the resulting crates safely.

Research condition

Available to Danes from the Fortress Age. Research it at Customs House.

When to research

Research when the Danish player has already received several shipments or lost qualifying warships and can safely collect the Wood. It is less valuable early, before those events accumulate. Protect the Customs House during the long research and consider whether the Wood arrives in time to support the next ships, buildings or military production.

A delayed return based on match events

Kalmar Fleet is not a fixed crate shipment independent of the game. Its value reflects the number of eligible warship losses and shipments already recorded, with each contributing a 50-Wood crate under the source profile. This makes its timing important: a player with a long naval history may receive more than one who researches it early. The crate income is useful only if workers can collect it without being exposed, so secure the Customs House and the nearby area before spending the 40-second research window.
