Offers extensive line of sight and detects units stealth or disguises. Can be upgraded with weaponry and fortifications. Attacks while garrisoned.
- Passing Traders and Trade Ships instantly provide an additional 8% of their carried Gold. Does not generate any bonus tax if a toll outpost is built within range of another one.
