Underpass

Overview

The Underpass is the fifth stop on the recommended route, carrying the late mid-game: Recursions and Iterations runs here, and The House in Distress requires Jesse Sightings: The Underpass Fault midway through.

Key places

• The Underpass Fault — the third Jesse Sightings mission; like its siblings, it feeds Dylan's traversal kit and the search for Jesse.
• Tubes Island — Freeze Frame camera #12 sits on the island south of Tubes Island, up in a moldy wall; camera #11 watches the north-east island's yellow-lit corridor.

Resonant

One of the six zone guardians — The Co-Director or The Physicist (assignments for the Underpass and The Unknown were still being pinned down at launch) — guards this zone. Each Resonant kill banks an ability, a trophy, and zone progression.

Route advice

Fifth on the recommended route. Work it fully — missions, fault, Resonant — before the optional Park detour and the Unknown endgame.
