Trapper

The Trapper is an ambush-style enemy of Lullaby Hills, appearing in four regions. It carries 45 health and lands melee hits for 13 physical damage — a respectable bite for a mid-tier mob. Its poise of only 15 is one of the lowest in the game, meaning almost any hit interrupts it, and its movement speed of 600 keeps it mobile enough to spring its namesake traps.

Its modifiers make the counter clear: lightning damage is boosted +50% against it, while blast damage is reduced by 20%. Skip the explosives here and go electric — lightning-charged weapons, shock artifacts, or lightning enchantments exploit its biggest vulnerability while its paper-thin poise keeps it staggered. Its low poise also means knockback effects are brutally effective.

Each trapper drops 12 souls. You will find them around the Illager Stronghold and Lullaby Hilltop minecart stations, often alongside Stalker packs and Sprout clusters. Stagger them early, hit them with lightning, and they collapse before their ambush ever develops. Their thin 45-health pool means a single well-placed lightning artifact can end the fight before it starts, and their generous soul drops make them worth hunting on soul-farming runs.
